Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment

Workshop registration or booking fees must be paid in full to Bobby Owsinski Media Group (BOMG) at the time of booking your workshop. An order confirmation will be automatically sent out which will confirm your booking.

 
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds of all monies paid will be made if a workshop is cancelled by us, or if the workshop is re-scheduled and you are unable to attend the new date.

 
Cancellation by participants must be made in writing. Fees are not refundable if cancelled 30 days or less before the workshop date unless we can fill your spot. We will make every effort to fill your spot, and if we’re able to do so, you have the ability to select registration for a later workshop date, or a refund.

 
BOMG and Bobby Owsinski is not responsible for any other costs which workshop participants may incur, including but not limited to travel, lodging, car rental, insurance, purchases and/or rentals.

 
Postponement Policy

If you have booked and paid for a workshop and are unable to attend on the workshop date, and if another similar workshop is offered, you can choose to transfer your booking to the next workshop as long as it’s prior to four weeks before the start of the Workshop.

Please note that bookings cannot be transferred within four weeks of the workshop date.

Workshop Schedule and Agenda

All workshop schedules and plans are subject to change at our discretion depending upon studio availability, weather, health and safety considerations as we see fit.

Limit of Liability

BOMG accepts no liability for death, illness or injury or loss or damage to equipment or personal belongings during the course of the workshop or in transit thereto.

 
We can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided.

 
We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate, or to cancel any aspect of the workshop due to exceptional circumstances.

 
In the event that we deem it necessary to cancel the workshop we will provide a full refund, which the participants acknowledge as full and final settlement. In the event of a workshop cancellation by BOMG, liability of BOMG and Bobby Owsinski to participants shall be limited to the total value of the workshop. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

 
By joining any workshops offered by Bobby Owsinski, participants acknowledge that they are aware of any risks and are physically capable of safely taking part in the workshop. Further, they release Bobby Owsinski, BOMG, BobbyOwsinski.com, BobbyOwsinskiCourses.com, guest presenters, workshop assistants and musicians from any liability. Bobby Owsinski, BOMG, BobbyOwsinski.com, BobbyOwsinskiCourses.com, guest presenters, workshop assistants and musicians will assume no liability for injury, illness or loss of personal property or expenses associated with participation in a workshop.

 
Your Agreement to this Contract

In reserving a place on the workshop by paying the workshop fee, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of all the individuals included, and all are bound by the booking conditions.
